The mission of iInnovate SOM is to be a reliable partner for organisations and individuals. By improving, changing and innovating service, operational processes and management structures and leadership.
I offer help in the form of coaching, assessments, consultancy, projects and interim management processes. I use technological tools – I even have them developed where necessary – if they have added value. The tools help organisations improve their service, working methods and management overview, so that they are able to increase both employee and customer satisfaction.
One day everyone will see their work as their life’s purpose and as the way to contribute to the greater good. People who work out of passion, and the love for the company that also loves them. They will share their successes with each other. Customers will always feel welcome and be part of ‘the family’. I have set up iInnovate SOM to pursue this vision.
iInnovate SOM will support companies in becoming, and remaining, ‘future proof’ in their service systems, operational processes and management structures. I will coach and guide individuals in their search for a future in which they are happy with what they do. So that they can enjoy their work and share their passions.
